Cloud Workspace

MiniMouseMacro is still a Windows desktop automation app first. The Cloud Workspace is optional. It gives you signed-in tools for storing automation, editing in the browser, linking a desktop, and building flows that can work with a connected Windows PC.

Local desktop macro recording and playback do not require signing in. Use the Cloud Workspace when you want account-backed storage, browser access, linked desktop monitoring, or workflow tools that coordinate with the desktop app.

What requires a linked desktop

Some workspace features are browser-only, such as viewing your profile or organising library assets. Other features need a linked Windows desktop to do real work:

  • Desktop playback from Flow Canvas or the Macro Editor.
  • Desktop screenshots, snapshots, OCR that runs locally, and Desktop Map refreshes.
  • Desktop-aware Flow Canvas actions such as mouse, keyboard, window, and condition checks.

When a tool depends on the desktop app, the desktop must be online, signed in to the same account, linked, and compatible with the selected action.

Plans and limits

Cloud Workspace storage and retention are finite. Free, Desktop Pro, Cloud Plus, Cloud Power, and Cloud Max can have different workspace limits. Active cloud subscriptions expand online workspace limits while active, but they do not grant the Desktop Pro Windows download by themselves.

Use Profile and plans for the current account view, and use the public purchase pages for current pricing and subscription terms.
