Profile and Plans
Profile is the account area for identity, plan state, usage, and shortcuts to other workspace tools. Use it to check what the workspace believes your current account can do.
What Profile covers
- Account details and avatar.
- Desktop Pro entitlement where applicable.
- Cloud subscription state where applicable.
- Workspace usage summaries.
- Automation Library and storage limits.
- Cloud AI credit summaries where available.
- Shortcuts to Dashboard, Macro Editor, Settings, and related surfaces.
Desktop Pro and cloud subscriptions
Desktop Pro is a one-time desktop licence. Cloud Plus, Cloud Power, and Cloud Max are separate online subscription tiers for workspace limits while active.
Owning a cloud subscription does not by itself grant the Desktop Pro Windows download. If a cloud subscription becomes inactive, the account falls back to Desktop Pro limits when Desktop Pro is owned, otherwise to Free limits.
Usage limits
Workspace limits can apply to asset slots, flow slots, saved image storage, saved audio, screenshot retention, cloud AI credits, and other account-backed features. When the active entitlement changes, Profile is the place to check the current effective plan and usage view.
If a limit is full, the workspace should block new writes that would exceed the limit rather than silently creating extra runnable assets.
